use of admin_level in Indonesia

Hello,

Recently the DWG received a complaint about someone who had removed the admin_level=provinsi from a number of buildings.

Can somebody explain in what way the admin_level is being used in Indonesia?

Baru-baru ini DWG menerima keluhan tentang seseorang yang telah menghapus admin_level=provinsi dari sejumlah bangunan.

Adakah yang bisa menjelaskan dengan cara apa admin_level digunakan di Indonesia?
