Hi OSM community in Pakistan!
We are working with the pakistani government on a project to develop a sustainable transport strategy for the cities of Peshawar, Mingora and Abbottabad.
One of the first steps will be to update the maps of these three cities: road network characteristics, transport infrastructures, transport services, etc. We will be conducting field surveys during the next months and are planning to upload all data to OSM so that it can also help others.
We will also use Kartaview to upload street photos and ease the mapping process.
Any contribution is welcome, whether to support data collection, to map data or to check the quality of coded data! So don’t hesitate to reach out if you want to get involved!
