Muss man seine eingetragenen Wege wieder löschen wenn der Bauer zum Zwecke der “Verkehrsberuhigung” diese unterpflügt bzw. mit Mais bestellt ? 
Ist das erste mal das ich sowas in einem Forum frage. Ich hoffe dies ist der richtige Weg.

If the road does not exist anymore and certainly if the crops are planted on the former road, I think it is perfectly ok to remove the road. If there is the question whether or not the farmer illegaly removed the road you should take that up with the local authorities.
