I got a dating spam email via messages.openstreetmap.org
Don’t know if there’s much that can be done to stop that but I never had one before.
It is a known issue. Please select “Report user” on the user’s profile page. It will be suspended by the admin.
Maybe OP wants an option to disable DM notification via email.
