Free Software for visualizing Route?

Hello,
is there an application /site which lets me

  1. search and mark a place on an OSM
  2. Insert date (and possibly time) stamp of beginning and end of stay there
  3. Visualise the “initerary”
  4. Export and edit the data, EXCEL etc?

SO not to have the coordinates beforehand, but to select them from the map and enter dates and comments (and possibly categories for types of markers) there?
