parking lot for buses
How to tag parking lots for buses?
amenity=parking + bus=only
or
amenity=parking + access=bus
The same question for trucks.

Neither tag is correct, not even the syntax. Use bus=yes (or eg bus=private if only certain buses can park there, however this may not be widespread); and goods=yes respectively.
You may also look into depot tagging.
