OSM to CATIA via DXF

Dear community,

I checked plenty of links and Youtube-videos, but I didn't suceed in importing a OSM-map in CATIA V5.
CATIA might not be suited since the scale is not appropriate, but maybe the scale could be modified.

My main problem is that all DXF's are either empty or not readable.

The most sucessful approach was to use the trial version of 'GLOBAL MAPPER 19', but it seems that I the the OSM-map somehow isometric and not in 2D-view.

Someone has a hint for me? I am really desperate. A very basic DXF in scale 1:100 would be perfect. I don't need different layer etc. Only the geometry on OSM into DXF.

Thanks for some directions...
