Cześć, nie sądzę, że takie pytanie padło - bo to chyba dość niszowy framework 
Ale widzę, że ktoś zrobił wrapper do popularnej biblioteki Leaflet: https://github.com/maxpowa/extjs6-leaflet - choć ostatni commit 3 lata temu nie zachęca, to demo (oprócz Google Maps, które pewnie zmieniło API od czasu gdy każą sobie płacić) działa OK: https://maxpowa.github.io/extjs6-leaflet/
Nie widziałem, żeby np. Mapbox GL JS miał też taki wrapper pod Ext JS, ale korzystać z map Mapboxa można również w Leaflecie (hasło "use mapbox tiles with leaflet).
