Was there any decision whether to write these country specific access tags for various moped classes with a capital or minor letter?
Currently we have both versions in the database:

Neighbour countries must understand, what these A B P mean, source A B P, better to translate in existing OSM tags mofa, moped etc.
I believe the choice for lower case was mostly due to a preference of avoid capital letters in tags…
As for consistency with elsewhere… I’d assume compatibility with legal prescriptions would take precedence…
Also, the moped_p class is a recent addition. Would be best if we add a wiki page detailing those three subclasses (moped_a, moped_b, moped_p)
