Request your map issues
Hi,
I'm unable to request my map as there is no place to enter my email address. I select "routable bicycle" for the map type, then choose Canada (Quebec) for my Country then enable manual tile selection. Once I select the tiles I want, nothing else appears for me to enter my email for the map request, there is just the comment (Make a selection first) under the "Request your map or download it directly:" option
Server status shows the following;

osm.pleiades.uni-wuppertal.de/garmin/, queue = 0 requests (~0 days), status = OK
osm2.pleiades.uni-wuppertal.de/garmin/ not available!
sn21.pleiades.uni-wuppertal.de/garmin/ not available!
