Problem in rendering chain?

Some changes I made yesterday (starting around 20 hours ago) have not appeared on the standard map.  See for example: https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/663861395.  It's clearly in the database or the query tool couldn't find it.  It shows up on Andy Townsend's useful map.

So has something broken?  I'd have expected more people reporting the issue by now if it had.  Or have I triggered a suspicious activity detector?

Re: Problem in rendering chain?

Last month there is a big slowdown, I suspect this could be the reason:

However this house is visible for me on z19.

Not for me, at any zoom where it ought to be visible.  Could we be hitting different cache servers?

Having just learned of the debug server by taking a look at the thread you mentioned, I found the debug CGI.

Cache Server: saphira.openstreetmap.org

Render Server: yevaud.openstreetmap.org
Load Average: 4.49
