I need add new bridge to current road (there was road only, no bridge, no ford). How can correctly split road and add new part with bridge?
The actual process depends on the editor that you use. In general, you check if there are already existing nodes in the way at the start / end of the bridge. If not, add them. Next, split the way at those nodes so that you get three segments. In JOSM you can use hotkey P for that.
Finally, add bridge=yes and - typically - layer=1 to the middle part.
