Could someone point me to an address with very well tagged nodes? I looked around in my vicinity and although i found many ways, they did not contain many nodes.

I guess big cities like London are very well tagged areas with lot of data.
Or choose a German city like Hamburg or Berlin. Germans are very active in OSM and discuss the tagging a lot (see count of entries in the German forum). If I need something which isn’t described well in the Wiki I just browse some German cities (using http://overpass-turbo.eu).
I’m a little confused why you were looking for nodes and not ways? Generally speaking, many things can be stored in OSM as either nodes, ways, or relations - perhaps if you can explain a bit more what you’re trying to do people might be able to help?
