garmin.openstreetmap.nl sends no email when requesting my own map

on http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/ I click on my own selection of tiles, the tiles are marked correct. Then I enter my email in “Request your map or download it directly:” click on “build my map” and get a new window with the message “Combine maps request accepted … The email containing the tracking URL is successfully sent”. Everything runs as usual.

*** But I never get any email neither with the status nor with the download location. ***

Of course my email ist correct and functional.
