I found this osm user entry which obviously is spam or abuse of the osm platform. As I have no idea how to remove this entry I just wanted to let someone known that can take care:

According to https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Talk:Spam/Report_user that page is only for wiki spam and is obsolete.
To quote one of the system admins “it’s complete bullshit”.
There is a reporting system in the works for openstreetmap.org till that is finished, reporting spam accounts is best done on the OSM IRC channels.
