Re: Platzieren von junction-nodes und mappen von Ausfahren
As I can see it now (without details), it looks good.
One detail: delete every tag on the split of the two motorway_links ("Bayental"). That's neither an own juction, nor has it an official name.
For the discussion concerning the structual seperation: I think it's more necessary to place the lines at the place, where the street is actually. After the end of the structual seperation the line should merge together in a smooth way without edges. The actual lanes and their structure shouldn't be a criteria for this, because it coudl lead to a seperation which is too long.

Re: Platzieren von junction-nodes und mappen von Ausfahren
Remove the motorway_junction tagging of the „Bayenthal“ node. This is not a junction on its own, it’s part of the Kreuz Köln-Süd and therefore does not need any tags. „Bayenthal“ (given this is the signage of the exit) ought to be tagged as "destination=Bayenthal" to the right-forking way.
The mere geometry of this example looks fine to me. Thanks!

Re: Platzieren von junction-nodes und mappen von Ausfahren
Just removed the tags for the motorway_junction Bayenthal. I wouldn't mind if you took a look at the tagging (all destination, destination:ref, turn:lanes and change:lanes should be okay AFAIK)
IMHO there's one strange thing in the tagging left at the moment: there are several osmarender:nameDirection tags. Is that tag still in use? Can I remove it?
