Неправильная привязка?
В QGis делаю привязку растра.
Точки указываю в формате 27.6887 55.1359.
Задаю таких 6 точек.
Тип преобразования - полиномиальное2
В результате получаю черный прямоугольник, который весит примерно 1 гиг (исходный растр - 11 мегов, или это так и надо?).
