Funny commercial mapper or edits by software?

A few days ago there was a lot of imports, including this changeset: https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/33551525
All using a lot of bad tags which was finally reverted by FTA_dwg.

There are just a lot of similar edits, mostly by new users with at the end only up to 5 edits.
They can be easily identified by overpass: http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/dZA

Used tags are: Keywords, Hours (Of Operation), Business Email Address, Category, Payment options, Year Established, …
(New tags to OSM are visible at http://osm.mueschelsoft.de/taginfo/newkeys.htm=))

Newest edit is:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/3965279362

Some users (including me) already tried to improve tagging and to contact them, without success.

How does the local community think about?

For all their effort to submit new data, they could at least get the tagging correct. For that quantity of data, they should review their program or App with the OSM community before continuing.
