England: Grenzen Nationalpark ändern sich

Tach,

Alas the attached maps contain:

"Reproduced by permission of Ordnance Survey on behalf of HMSO
Crown copyright and database right 2015.  All rights reserved.
Natural England  OS licence number 100022021"

So no, those maps are encumbered by OS IP.

Some of the description may be good enough to use; in that case you'd be looking for an OGL release on that - which exists at the bottom of the page:

https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati … ry-changes

"All content is available under the Open Government Licence v3.0, except where otherwise stated"

Caveat - I am neither a lawyer nor have I played one on TV.

Re: England: Grenzen Nationalpark ändern sich

I assumed the copyright note refers to the underlying OS map only.
