The government of Quebec in Canada launched a new FOSS4G (Free Open Source Software for GIS) called IGO for (for Open GIS Infrastructure) : http://igouverte.org/english/
IGO is a free Web Geospatial solution developed in Quebec, Canada. IGO has multiple features, such as Web GIS viewer, layer tree Manager and many more... Since this project is open source on GitHub (https://github.com/infra-geo-ouverte/igo#what-is-igo), anyone can contribute as long as they share their work on the same open source LICENCE LGPL-Style.
All contributors in IGO keep their property rights.
