No 3D OSM models in Hungary?

Dear friends,
I see, there is no 3D models in Budapest:

How to make it?
According to: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Simple_3D_Buildings

Very good looks 3D buildings with colours.
Example from Germany, made by only 1 mapper:

I make pictures with my camera and open it with Gimp http://www.gimp.org/downloads/
In Gimp I can pick the colour of the facade as hexa value e.g. #abcdef

How to get exactly colour values of building elements?
I use Gimp (free software: http://www.gimp.org/downloads/ ) and pick there colours from self made photos.

Please keep in mind: F4 maps needs ca. 24 hours for rendering of 3D models.
