Nein, um Gottes willen. Es geht auch *nur* um Ortsnamen, da es dafür seitens der Landesgesetzgebung Regelungen gibt.

Je nach Sprache verwenden sie natürlich entweder Bautzen oder Budyšin. Wobei ich auch ein paar Deutsche kenne, die Budyšin sagen, aber vermutlich aus politischen Gründen. Das sind allerdings Einzelne, nicht weiter relevant.
