Garmin OSM-Topokarte

Beim Besuch der Garmin-Webseite bin ich darauf gestoßen, dass Garmin einerseits die beliebten etrex 20 und 30 in einer neuen Version rausbringt (etrex 20x/30x). Andererseits verspricht Garmin eine vorinstallierte Topo-Karte basierend auf OSM (Garmin TopoActive):

I have tested the OSM Garmin TopoActive which is delivered on the Etrex 35 Touch. I'm not impressed, it is outdated and does not show much details, cycleways are hardly visible on the device and almost similar rendered as footpaths (TYP file can and need to be adjusted). DEM (elevation) data is nice.
