JOSM: Bing imagery
The place in the question is in here.
I realised that Bing imagery update comes bit by bit over my place here. The updated imagery is visible if I am using both internal editors (iD or Potlatch 2).

However, it is not visible in JOSM.

I believe it may take sometime to update in JOSM, isn't it? Or is it a bug?
Lately I am using JOSM Web Start.
EDIT: I have reinstalled JOSM, things are getting good. I managed to get the updated imagery.

Re: JOSM: Bing imagery
Do a right click on the background and choose something like "clear tile cache".
