Brno - non existing roads

Hi all,

So I've been walking around Brno and noticed lots of toads that do not exist in reality but are rendered on the map. They are marked as "highway=proposed".
Here's a sample:

Do we need that on a map? These roads are not even being constructed yet, there are other objects in reality (car dealerships, parks, small paths and tracks) which I can't draw normally as they overlap with fictional "proposed" roads. I thought we're mapping "truth on the ground" - so maybe it's good to add such roads only once construction starts, but not 5 years before that.

For me personally this is quite misleading and wrong. Will love to see your comments before I do anything with these objects.

Re: Brno - non existing roads

And for what you mean "proposed" tag is? Every maps - web and paper too, show where will be constructed new ways.
