If a road is pedestrian only between certain hours, how do you represent it?
Gah, the age old problem that OSM hasn’t yet solved well. On map features you will find some start time and end time stuff, however it doesn’t work well sometimes, particularly in more complex situations. I would normally just tag it as pedestrian, as that is the most likely one that people will come across when out on their travels (i.e. when it is busiest).
You just need to come up with your own scheme and describe it… Otherwise tag it as the thing that is most common and put a “note=cars are not allowed between 0200 and 0600”
