I just checked which of the hotels and guest houses in Chiang Mai that are listed on wikitravel are in OSM.
A huge difference.
If you happen to be able to confirm the location of any of the following places it would be great to have them added to OSM. Would make it more attractive to other free projects to be able to link to free data sources if they actually contain the data.
