Bundesländer-Abkürzungen
Wenn man in Mapnik weit genug rauszoomt, ist z.B. Bayern mit BY beschriftet. Genauso in Russland, in der Ukraine und im Iran. Wo nimmt Mapnik das her? Auf http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/2145268 sehe ich kein *=BY.

Aus den Shape Dateien, die für die niedrigeren Zoomlevel verwendet werden ...
