Rechtliche Frage zu Googlemaps / Bing maps
Hallo,
ich habe eine rechtliche Frage - vielleicht könnt Ihr mir da weiterhelfen:
Ich habe eine Karte, auf der Openstreetmap-Straßen dargestellt sind und im Hintergrund ein Satellitenbild von Google- oder eines von Bing-Maps.
Darf ich das veröffentlichen, wenn unten am Rand immer noch Google oder Bing o.ä. steht, oder müßte ich dann quasi Lizenzgebühren an Goolge oder Microsoft oder die Zulieferer der Satelliten/Luftbilder zahlen?
Wißt Ihr das?

Sowohl bei google wie auch Bing akzeptierst du bei Benutzung der online Karten die jeweiligen Benutzungsbedingungen, was das für dich konkret bedeutet, erklärt dir dein Anwalt.
