howto render a map with osmarender to a DIN A2 PDF file

Hello,

I would like to render a map with osmarender and an individual rules file into a PDF file with DIN A2 format.

What is the best way to do this?

  • How can I export exactly DIN A2?
  • How do I convert the SVG to PDF without inkscape running out of memory?
