Using img OSM data

Hi, i’m new to to OSM.

Ive seen some img maps at http://garmin.na1400.info/routable.php . Do you know how can I get the source MP code for those maps?

The source is OpenStreetMap XML, not MP. You can download it from www.openstreetmap.org (click the Export tab). I imagine you can also find OSM2MP conversions if you need to work in MP format.
