with Xapi I dont get the full data. All the hiking paths are not there.
Am I missing some thing?

Which hiking paths? Are they there in the OSM data in the first place? What OSM tags are you associating with a “hiking path”?

Its not the hiking paths, it is the GPS raw data.
How do I get the GPS raw data via xapi?
JOSM has the option to download them too.
