auf der Seite flOSM gibt es die Themenkarte “Stromnetzt”
Wie kann ich diese downloaden, sodass ich damit im GIS arbeiten kann?
Ich habe schon gelesen, dass das irgendiwie mit Overpass API gehen soll, doch hab nicht ganz verstanden wie.
Gibt es dafür eine Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung??

AFAIK, there is no way to export it directly from FLOSM website.
You could run an Overpass Query, like http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/iAR and then export that data.
OSM data can also be downloaded from e.g. the Geofabrik website and then processed with your own tools, see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Using_OpenStreetMap as a starting point.
