Has anyone ever tried this?
I have this device - Qstarz 818XT and I also bought a new portable power supply, or what Malaysians call them as “power banks”.
So far I have always charged my GPS unit only through my PC’s USB port. In addition, the GPS unit comes with a car cigarette lighter charging kit.
That power bank offers 2A output. I am afraid I might blew up my GPS unit during charging.
