Maybe someone has a MySQL database for the whole of Europe (or a whole country in Europe)?
Maybe someone could provide remote access to the database?

sorry, but MySQL seems to be not so popular to store OSM data or similar, see http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/MySQL
Or go to https://help.openstreetmap.org and do a search there for MySQL.
