JOSM - No Imagery or MOTD - josm.openstreetmap.de glitch?

When I started JOSM, I got the following error:

JOSM tried to access the following resources:
but failed to do so, because of the following network errors:
-java.io.FileNotFoundException: https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/StartupPage
It may be due to a missing proxy configuration. Would you like to change your proxy settings now?

I don’t use a proxy, nor have I ever, so I went to the mentioned URL to try it out. (I’m assuming it’s the MOTD page.) Nothing showed up, and I got this error: “No handler matched request to /StartupPage.” Continuing into JOSM, no imagery shows up in the Imagery menu, and going into Preferences shows no available imagery providers. I tried doing some more digging, Googling for an answer. I found the following three pages on the josm.openstreetmap.de site, all of them giving some error or another:

-http://josm.openstreetmap.de/search?changeset=on&milestone=on&ticket=on&wiki=on&q=request&page=25&noquickjump=1
-http://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/7494

Clearly, something’s wrong with the site, but I want to know what? The site clearly isn’t completely down, because it loads just fine.

Has this ever happened before?

The JOSM development site was taken down for maintenance and apparently there were some issues getting everything back up. A couple of emails about that on the JOSM development mail list: https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/josm-dev/2014-September/007056.html
