Har försökt med wiki’s, men blir inte riktigt klok på om jag förstod den rätt.

There is one thing missing in your turn_restriction: it is the “via-node”. In this turn_restriction it should be node no. 2761780336. It is the node, where Vipans Gränd is connecting to Vadsbovägen.
I corrected it. In this case it was a bit difficult, because Vadsbovägen was in parts connected with the landuse=industrial area.
You edited the turn_restriction with id. I would suggest to use the editor josm. It has a plugin, that would have shown you, that the “via-node” was missing.
In the beginning josm isn’t that easy to use, but it is worth trying it.

Great, now I know how to make them correct next time. 
And no, I will not use JOSM, tried it, didn’t like it. I am too used to iD-editors workflow after 19000+ edits with waze.
