No data in iD though rendered in Mapnik?

Hello forum.

Would someone be so kind and explain why is there almost no data in this area when I launch iD editor?

Is it a bug or a feature of which I know nothing, literally? Everything is fine in Potlatch 2 and JOSM.

works for me in Potlatch2, JOSM and the data layer at osm.org

reproducable in ID editor → lacks of data!
