No right turn on red

I have an intersection with a sign that reads “No right turn on red 7:30-9:00, 2:15-4:00”
Does anyone have ideas on how to put this restriction in the map?

Let me suggest that you repost your question in the Q&A Forum … unfortunately the US forum is largely ignored by the more knowledgeable members of the US OSM community who use the mailing list almost exclusively.
