fuel pumps
jp (jugopetrol?), nis petrol - is it the same or not? may be one of theese names is obsolete, but not all signs are changed yet?

Yep, the same. I guess all stations will be rebranded as NIS Petrol at some point.

it should be name=НИС and name:sr-Latn=NIS, right? At least I made it this way with the Maxi supermarket...although the name is displayed in latin, I have used name= and name:sr=Макси and name:sr-Latn=Maxi.
