Russian forum utterly needs subsections

I can't navigate there anymore. I want to post into my region's thread, but any thread there gets buried quickly, including the "list of threads on cities and regions". Could you, please, arrange subsections with Russian forum moderators?

I'd be happy with a separate subsections on cities and regions. Thanks.

Ideally this would be coordinated by the moderators, but there is one problem: this forum software doesn't support subsections, sorry.

Can Russian forum then be "upgraded" to meta-section, like "Archive"?

I found this mod for FluxBB.

It will take a while before you'll see it on the forum, I need to test it first because this forum is quite heavily modded already.
