Belgian tagging scheme

Hello,
I have already made some basic contributions, but before going further, I would like to be sure to follow the correct rules...

On this page http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tagging there are recommendation about how to tag for specific countries, but Belgium is absent.

For instance, how do we manage the bilingual aspect of the names in our country ?

If there is an OSM expert arround, it would be great to centrallize that kind of informations...
