Looking for developer

We are currently looking for an experienced OpenStreetMap programmer.
We need to extract only data that it interesting to us to to be used in a Windows software.

We will tell which data is relavant and the developer would be responsible to extract it from planet.osm and send us a simplified file.

How about http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/List_of_Companies_offering_OSM_Consulting? Most people havent the resources to work on whole planet.osm so if you don’t want to work on a limited area, I would ask some professionals?
