How do i export data for specific kml. - only street info

Hi All,

How do i export data for specific kml.

How do i create database for a specific region from kml.

I tried OpenStreetMap XML data its gives too much data other than region i want by box selection.
and I want data only for my specific region as per kml below.
https://sites.google.com/site/rahulkmlx/test/ParkingBays_bing.kml

I just want road/street information .
where it starts,its intermediate points and end points

Can you please guide me on same
