Forum style. Green + Logo
Presumably it's a quick CSS tweak to lose the dark blue strips and replace with OpenStreetMap Green (#E3FFC5 ?)
For extra points, add a logo at the top to the left of "OpenStreetMap Forum". Logo: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Imag … 54_354.png
