But therefore i need to add a tag on several locations. Can someone pls help me setting up this tag correctly? So I can start editing Data…

Which tag, what locations, what are you trying to tag?
Just go to http://www.openstreetmap.org.
Click on “Sign Up” on the upper right corner and register.
Use the search box on the left side to search the location you want to edit.
Click on “Edit” on the upper left to start mapping.
Or alternatively just click on “Start mapping” on startpage …
