I would like to make public accessable AED´s visible in the OSM. But there is not yet a symbol for it. I suggest to make one!! How can I afford that?
The simple answer is: Either make your own map, or use something that allows you to select particular POIs and display them.
For more information on what’s shown on the “standard” style and what is not (and why not) see this “help” question:
https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/41537/why-aed-defibrillators-are-not-displayed-on-maps
For information about making your own map, you might find http://wiki.osm.org/wiki/Rendering helpful. http://wiki.osm.org/wiki/UMap is also definitely worth a look.
Using this “taginfo” link:
http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/emergency=defibrillator
you can click on “overpass turbo” that allows you to display that item in a particular area.
For my openpoimap I used the icons from this site:
https://mapicons.mapsmarker.com/
See this example from openpoimap:
http://openpoimap.org/?map=various&zoom=15&lat=52.5093&lon=13.37485&layers=B00FFFFFFFTFFFFFFFF
Edit: new website for marker collection!
