How would you align the following?

The bottom part is most recent, and by gps tracks shown in Potlatch, is closer to actual layout.
The catch is that, most of tracing/mapping in Malaysia is heavily dependent on aerial imagery (for example, the capital city Ipoh about 50km south,has only been recently actively mapped due to Mapbox imagery being available). Therefore to realign only the traces from the top part might be a little problematic.
Any ideas? Or just let it be until newer bing imagery?
edit: I could realign to grainy mapbox images, but still would like to hear a solution to the above
