Routing

cloudmade.com has routing service which also works with Israel's data.

Example link to a route:

http://maps.cloudmade.com/?lat=32.07620 … &styleId=1

Sometimes the link has problems. If it shows an incomplete map and a busy symbol, try to select zoom out. It helped me several times.
