I’m not sure what you mean by “the map”.
Some slippy maps, like this one, use English instead of local language by default.

I would also like to find a way to get the Israel Hiking Map tiles in English. Is there some Tile Server that serves such tiles?
Currently we are not rendering English Tiles for Israel Hiking Map.

Change the rules file to use name:en instead of name and create the tiles locally.
I was thinking that an English site will benefit tourists, but we didn’t get to actually doing it…

If you have time to try it at home and tell us what are the needed changes it will surely make it happen faster
